Agreed with Rune on the trees. Nice composition otherwise. I'd move to the other side of that tree line and shoot the barn from several angles. Looks like a lot of potential in that building. If you want the fence in the image, try it from the other end. Maybe the trees won't get in the way. The image also has the leaning-to-the-left feel to it.

Hi, I have a question.
1. My colleague crossed 2 years after filing 485. Frustrated with GC processes, he is switching company for better career prospects. He is using his EAD and invoking AC21. Is it possible for me to use his labor? If no, why?
You can not get two chicken from one egg. One LC can produce one GC only.

Dallas-Fort Worth Immigration Lawyer Has Just Posted the Following:
Individuals who apply for a non-immigrant visa must be admissible to enter the United States. Inadmissible grounds to deny entry into the U.S. include, but not limited to the following:
Communicable disease;
Criminal record involving crimes of moral turpitude;
Possession of or trafficking in a controlled substance;
Trafficking persons;
Involved in money laundering;
Previously removed (deported) or previously overstayed a period of admission to the U.S.
If a non-immigrant visa holder subsequently becomes inadmissible and thus ineligible to enter the United States, depending on the inadmissibility ground, the visa holder may apply in advance of travel for a temporary waiver of inadmissibility. The waiver application is applied directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) prior to travel. Along with the signed Form I-192, Application for Advance Permission to Enter as Nonimmigrant, the applicant must submit the filing fee of $545, an official police record from country of nationality, proof of citizenship, and supporting documentation regarding the inadmissibility showing rehabilitation and character reformation. For questions concerning eligibility of the temporary waiver application, or any other area of immigration, call Kraft & Associates at 214-999-9999.

my colleague had same problem. Employer is a big bank. He called USCIS customer service at Vermont and they said they can see it and they told him it is ok if he dont see it online. He was not sure, took infopass and they also said same thing. But, after infopass, a week after that it showed up online. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

The President has started revealing his plans on immigration for the next year. It sounds like he's planning on trying a do-over with Congress and attempting again to get a comprehensive immigration bill passed. He'll make the case for this in his State of the Union Address. I'm happy the President is still interested in working for change, I sincerely hope he is not making passing a reform bill his SOLE strategy. I'm reminded of Presidents in the past who regularly spoke in favor of something, but you just knew they didn't really care and were just trying to appease...

Hello Friends,
My EAD card is probably lost in the mail. Got approved on July 11th and never received so far . My current EAD expires on Augest 9th . I am in the risk of losing the Job. What are my options now .. Please advise ..
I called USCIS, they are asking me to wait for 30 days .
Contact your local Congressman and explain him your situation he should be able to help in such a situation.

I'm a US Green Card. I am eligible to apply for my citizenship but have run into a technical issue. I registered to vote in August 1999, but never voted. It was my 2nd semester at a community college in Chicago and the professor was encouraging everyone to register to vote. Taking his advice I too registered to vote not knowing that I was ineligible. I did sign the form which states "I hear by swear (or affirm) that I am a citizen of the United States..." Unfortunately I did not read the fine print before signing the application. As it was not my intension to vote, and I merely did it on the request of the professor, I did not vote.
In 2005 I switched from a F1 to a H1 and in 2006 married a US citizen with whom I have 2 little kids. I am now eligible to apply for my citizenship, and would like your professional opinion on how I should deal with this situation.
To ensure my voter registration application was in fact processed I did request the Chicago Board of Elections for a copy of the application. I am also in the process of requesting them to de register or cancel my voter registration and provide me with a letter stating my voter registration has been cancelled and that I have never voted.
I would really appreciate your help.

Hi All,
My PD is 1st Aug 2006. Am i IN or OUT?
As per VB:
The cut-off date for an oversubscribed category is the priority date of the first applicant who could not be reached within the numerical limits. Only applicants who have a priority date earlier than the cut-off date may be allotted a number.
They stress and bolded "Earlier Than" so i am not IN???? :confused::confused::(:(

Hi..I was in a similar situation. Best thing for you to do is File for F2. Make sure you send dependent I-20 issued from your wife's school with your F2 application. Pay slips are only needed for changing status from H1 to F2, in your situation. No payslips are needed when you change status back to H1, because you are on F2 at that time. hope this helps.good luck.
